Kristen Blanchard holds a Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from LIU Brooklyn.
She has experience working with children of all ages with a wide range of speech, language, and feeding needs.
Some of her favorite skills to target include expressive and receptive language development, feeding and swallowing
therapy, literacy, phonological awareness, reading comprehension, and augmentative and alternative communication
(AAC). As a former Division I athlete, Kristen enjoys incorporating movement and sports into her therapy sessions to
create a dynamic, engaging, and functional learning environment. She is passionate about helping her clients build
confidence and communication skills while continually growing within her field.
