At this time, she gained experience in a variety of settings, including a District 31 community school, a rehabilitation center, as well as home-based and hospital-based early intervention services. After graduating, Nicole worked in a private preschool setting, providing services for students ages 2 through 5 with a number of sensory, fine motor, learning, and attentional difficulties.

Nicole currently works in a District 75 school for the NYC Department of Education, providing services to children with autism spectrum disorders, significant cognitive delays, and sensory impairments. She provides individualized treatment to each student and works on a range of skills to improve their ability to participate fully within the school environment. Nicole is eager to continue working with the pediatric population and their families to facilitate their growth and independence.
