Meghan is from Staten Island, New York. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Disorders with a minor in Deaf Studies from SUNY New Paltz. Meghan then attended Long Island University Post where she received her Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, as well as her Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities Initial Certification. Meghan also holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Her graduate school experiences included working in a variety of settings, such as a public elementary school, university clinic, and an adult rehabilitation facility. Meghan also has experience working with elementary and middle school aged children in private and charter schools on Staten Island. She is trained in PROMPT therapy, which she incorporates into her assessment and treatment.
