Nicole is a Speech Pathologist from Staten Island, New York. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Audiology from St. John’s University Staten Island Campus in January of 2017 and her Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from St. John’s University Queens Campus in May of 2019. Holding a dual-license, Nicole has practiced speech-language pathology in both New York and Maryland. She also holds her Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities Initial Certification and Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Through her work and graduate clinical experiences, Nicole has gained exposure to whole lifespan needs of diverse populations. She has worked in the school setting providing speech and language therapy to students from pre-K through eighth grade both in person and virtually. Her internship and externship experience within the clinic, nursing home, and hospital settings has provided her with the practical knowledge to treat patients within the expressive and receptive language, fluency, articulation, hearing, and cognitive domains. Nicole is enthusiastic about continuing her work in speech pathology with The Sensory Studio, providing care and support to the pediatric population.
