Speech Language Pathologist

Alessia received a Bachelor of Science from Sacred Heart University in 2022 with a major in Psychology and minor in Communication Disorders. She received a Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from Kean University in 2024. She is currently in the process of obtaining her certification for Teaching Students with Speech-Language Disabilities (TSSLD). Alessia’s diverse clinical practicums in preschool and inpatient/outpatient settings equipped her with skills to treat a variety of communication disorders including language disorders, articulation disorders, autism spectrum disorder, aphasia, dysphagia, and cognitive aspects of communication disorders. Alessia is looking forward to continuing her education, collaborating with therapists, and building strong connections with clients and their families to ensure each child is achieving success at the Sensory Studio.
